Overview
SBC6711 DSP board is loaded with I/O features
that make the card ideal for a large variety of jobs such as
embedded control, noise cancellation, PID control, audio, motion
control, data acquisition and logging, servo loop control.
It uses the acclaimed
C6711 processor (TMS320C6711) from Texas Instruments as the
heart of the data movement and processing centre. Each SBC6711 may
host two OMNIBUS I/O modules,
which offer multichannel analog (ADC), (DAC) and digital I/O
suitable for the most demanding applications. SBC6711 also has a set
of standard peripherals which includes: 32 bits of digital I/O, two
timer/counters, super-accurate programmable clock (DDS), automatic
gain/channel list, FIFOPort for multicard interfacing, and ClkLink/SyncLink
for multicard synchronization.
Each I/O peripheral on the SBC6711 may be
used as part of the data stream mechanism, or as lower speed control
or indicators outside of the stream.
In a compact 160mmx100mm 3U form factor,
SBC6711 is the prime choice for high-end Embedded Control,
Industrial Real-Time sub-systems and sophisticated OEM
Instrumentation, Remote Data Acquisition and Logging, Servo Loop
