<p>The FMC SFP SFP+ card, compliant with the VITA 57.1 standard, offers high-speed serial interfaces. Equipped with 3 or 4 SFP+ SFP cages and a programmable oscillator, this mezzanine card enables the implementation of numerous protocols (Fiber Channel, ARINC 818, Serial FPDP, UDP, eSATA, etc.).</p>
<p>This FMC SFP SFP+ card is also equipped with an additional FMC connector, allowing it to extend its interface to 6, 8, 9 or 12 SFP/SFP+, by stacking the cards.</p>
<p>Compatible with many FPGA cards, including the <a href="https://www.entegra.co.uk/techway-products/versatile-kintex7-fpga-platform-pfp-kx7/">PFP-KX7+ card</a> , the assembly allows copper or optical links to be interfaced.</p>

			<p><a href="https://www.isipkg.com/solutions/sensor-processing/">ISI LLC</a> have released the third board in a new family of high performance data acquisition modules that is centred around the Xilinx Artix<sup>®</sup>-7.</p>
<p>The XA-TX is an XMC IO module featuring eight 16-bit, 300 MSPS DAC channels designed for high speed arbitrary waveform generation, wireless transmission, and RADAR pulse generation applications. Flexible trigger methods include counted frames, software triggering and external triggering. The sample rate clock is either an external clock or on- board programmable PLL clock source. Data acquisition control, signal processing, buffering, and system interface functions are implemented in a Xilinx Artix-7 FPGA device. Two 256Mx16 memories provide data buffering and FPGA computing memory.</p>
<p>The logic can be fully customized using VHDL and MATLAB using the FrameWork Logic toolset. The MATLAB BSP supports real-time hardware-in-the- loop development using the graphical, block diagram Simulink environment with Xilinx System Generator. The PCI Express 2.0 interface supports continuous data rates up to 3200 MB/ s between the module and the host. A flexible data packet system implemented over the PCIe interface provides both high data rates to the host that is readily expandable for custom applications.</p>
<p>The <a href="https://www.entegra.co.uk/ii-products/xa-tx/">XA-TX</a> module is a wideband multichannel signal generation FPGA board and has:</p>
<ul>
<li>Eight 300MSPS 16 bit Dac&#8217;s.</li>
<li>Artix<sup>®</sup>-7A200T2 with 33,650 slices, &gt;13Mb of block ram and 740 DSP slices.</li>
<li>1GB of DDR3 memory attached to the FPGA for use as virtual FIFO&#8217;s between the analogue front end and the 4 lane Gen2 PCIe interface.</li>
<li>A PLL and reference oscillator to provide the analogue front end with a high stability clock.</li>
<li>Four lanes of Aurora links for communication with other XA modules.</li>
<li>Flash memory for logic configuration storage.</li>
</ul>
<p>The board is ideal for multi channel transmitting applications such as beamforming, RADAR, LiDAR and optical. Innovative&#8217;s XMC modules can be used in a variety of hosts using their adapters and standalone hosts. This includes:</p>
<ul>

<p>TECHWAY &amp; Nolam Embedded Systems join their R&amp;D efforts to design RAVEN, a cost-effective sFPDP FPGA solution.</p>
<p>The RAVEN frame grabber is a flexible platform implementing 4 or 8 sFPDP channels with receive and transmit engine for high-performance data-processing.</p>
<p>Based on a Kintex-7 Xilinx FPGA, this sFPDP platform can support up to 10Gb/s data link. RAVEN is fully dimensioned to implement the VITA 17.1 sFPDP standard (Flow control, CRC, framed/unframed, Copy/Loop mode), offering 2,5Gb/s data rate per link.</p>
<p>The RAVEN carrier has a DDR3 SDRAM available for ultra-deep FIFOs for applications where high elasticity is required.</p>
<p>The board, thanks to its SFP cages, is compliant with copper or fiber. The board is delivered with a Free NES-ANVIL<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/2122.png" alt="™" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> API.</p>

<h3>DragonEYE Lite</h3>
<p>The DragonEYE Lite card, thanks to its « Vision Engine » Xilinx Artix-7 FPGA technology, allows to acquire up to 4 GigE Vision streams and to preprocess each stream in real-time. A series of pre-processing are included in the card and can be easily parameterized by the user.</p>
<h3>DragonEYE Smart</h3>
<p>The DragonEYE Smart card, with its « Vision Engine » Xilinx ZYNQ technology, can acquire up to 8 GigEVision streams. With the ZYNQ (SoC) embedded processor, customisation of DragonEYE Smart is made available by developing preprocessing on the card, in C language with the OpenCV library, and by taking advantage of the FPGA accelerator.</p>

			<p>Techway has selected Samtec’s FireFly<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/2122.png" alt="™" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> technology as optical backplane and front end solutions for high density and high bandwidth interfaces compliant with the VITA 57.1 standard (FPGA Mezzanine Card).</p>
<p>TechwaY’s TigerFMC features 10 full duplex links at a rate of up to 10 Gigabits per second for an aggregate bit rate of 200 Gbps. This 200 Gbps aggregate bandwidth outperforms all existing communication solutions. TigerFMC is available in both rugged and commercial versions. This high density optical FMC can be installed on legacy hardware, either to create high density signals on the front-end or to expand existing VPX configurations with a VITA 66 fiber-optic backplane.</p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">The computing mark</span><span lang="EN-US">et is driv</span><span lang="EN-US">en by a growing demand for processing capabilities which require ever-increasing communication bandwidth. Optical High-Speed Serial links (HSS) are the perfect solution to this need. Communication protocols are evolving to take advantage of the high bandwidth capabilities of these new HSS links. The market is also looking for simplicity of</span><span lang="EN-US"> connectivity, even for optics.</span></p>
<p>The TigerFMC allows system integrators to easily integrate new broadband protocols on their legacy hardware (Gigabit Ethernet, sFPDP, Fiber Channel, Aurora, ARINC818).</p>
<p>Samtec’s FireFly<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/2122.png" alt="™" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> micro flyover cable system enables TechwaY’s TigerFMC to meet these requirements by offering up to 10 full duplex high-speed serial links at 10 Gbps each, and intelligent connectivity ready for front-end and backplane implementation.  The FireFly<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/2122.png" alt="™" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> x12 unidirectional or bidirectional optical transceiver assembly, with proven 850 nm VCSEL array technology, achieves 14 Gbps per channel, with 28 Gbps (336 Gbps aggregate) and x4 bidirectional systems in development.  FireFly<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/2122.png" alt="™" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> allows an easy upgrade from copper to optical with the same connector and footprint.</p>
